Caruso & Associates will guarantee replacement of
selected candidate for a period of one year from the date
of hire. Should the employee leave for any reason during
that period we will replace him, crediting up to 100%
of the original fee toward any additional fees incurred
during the search for a replacement. Expenses are limited
to reimbursement of telephone charges and any travel related
expenses. This guarantee applies providing all professional
fees have been paid in full within 30 days of date of
invoice.
